Refund Policy

1. Overview

Sting Leads LLC is committed to delivering high-quality, qualified appointments to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued.

2. Eligible for Refund or Credit

You may request a credit for an appointment or lead if:

  • The lead contains an invalid or disconnected phone number
  • The lead is a duplicate of a previously delivered lead
  • The homeowner is located outside your designated service area
  • The homeowner confirms they never requested the service
  • The appointment was a no-show due to incorrect scheduling on our part

3. Not Eligible for Refund

The following do NOT qualify for a refund:

  • The homeowner did not answer or return your call
  • The homeowner decided not to proceed with the service
  • The homeowner chose a different provider
  • You were unable to reach the homeowner after multiple attempts
  • The lead did not convert to a paying customer
  • You failed to contact the lead within 24 hours of delivery

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of lead delivery
  • Include the lead details and reason for the refund request
  • We will review and respond within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued as a credit toward future leads, or as a refund to your original payment method

5. Credit Package Refunds

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no leads have been delivered. Once leads have been delivered against purchased credits, only the unused portion may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

6. Chargeback Policy

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
