Program Name

StingLeads Home Service Appointment Scheduling

What This Program Does

StingLeads LLC ("StingLeads") sends SMS messages to homeowners to schedule free home service quotes (tree service, pressure washing, landscaping, roofing, and similar). We contact homeowners using information from publicly available property and county assessor records.

Message Frequency

You will receive up to 3 messages. Additional messages may be sent only if you reply and engage in a conversation to schedule an appointment.

Second Program: Client Lead Notifications

This is a separate program from the homeowner scheduling messages described above.

Who receives it: contractors and businesses with a StingLeads account, about their own account activity. Homeowners never receive these messages.

What it says: a notification when new leads have been delivered to your account and are waiting to be opened. Example: “StingLeads: you have 3 leads waiting on your account, soonest visit Thu 13 Aug. Open them: stingleads.com/appointments”

Message frequency: at most one message per day, and only on days when leads are actually waiting on your account. Most weeks this is fewer than three messages.

How you opt in: by ticking the SMS notifications box when you create your StingLeads account, or by asking us to enable it. Consent is not a condition of signing up or of any purchase.

How to opt out: reply STOP to any of these messages, or email ops@stingleads.com. Opting out of this program does not affect your account or your leads.
